This 2004 Porsche 911 coupe is #0399 of 1,963 40th Anniversary Edition models produced, and it has 31k miles following its recent acquisition by the selling dealer. The car is finished in GT Silver Metallic over black leather upholstery and is powered by a 3.6-liter flat-six paired with a six-speed manual transaxle. Equipment includes the X51 Powerkit, a limited-slip differential, a sports suspension, 18” Carrera II wheels, a sunroof, heated and power-adjustable front seats, automatic climate control, deployable rear spoiler, PCCM+ infotainment system, and a Bose sound system. This 40th Anniversary 996 is now offered by the selling dealer with a car cover, Porsche-branded luggage, manufacturer’s literature, a clean Carfax report, and a clean New York title.

All 40th Anniversary Edition examples were finished in GT Silver Metallic (LM7Z) and feature Aerokit side skirts, edition-specific rear badging, and a Turbo-style front bumper with enlarged cooling ducts. Additional equipment includes a sunroof, an automatically deploying rear spoiler, integrated fog lights, and polished exhaust outlets. Polished 18” Carrera II wheels are mounted with Michelin Pilot Sport tires measuring 225/40 up front and 285/30 out back. Koni adjustable shocks and revised springs have been fitted. All 40th Anniversary cars were equipped with a sports suspension as well as cross-drilled brake rotors and black-finished calipers. The brake fluid was changed in March 2022.

The cabin features power-adjustable front seats upholstered in black leather. A PCCM+ infotainment system was fitted in 2021, and additional features include driver’s seat position memory, automatic climate control, cruise control, and a Bose sound system.

A serialized plaque located on the center console identifies this as #0399 in the 40 Jahre limited edition. Instrumentation is accented by silver rings, and the digital odometer indicates 31k miles.

The 3.6-liter M96/03S flat-six is equipped with the X51 Powerkit, which added revised intake and exhaust manifolds, modified camshaft profiles and engine management software, and improved cooling for a factory-rated output of 345 horsepower. The IMS bearing was replaced in 2021 along with the ignition coils, spark plugs, and drive belt. An oil change was performed in preparation for the sale.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transaxle and a limited-slip differential. The transmission fluid was changed in 2021. Additional underside photos are provided in the gallery.
